To change your password, you must first log out, then use the "Forgot password" option on the login page. With Claude, click your username, then "Settings," and then "Account" to see "Active sessions." You can log out of individual sessions or all devices. Claude uses email login links instead of passwords, so there's no password to change. Perplexity does not show active login locations. If you suspect a hack, go to "All settings" and click "Sign out of all sessions." You can then log back in with your email.
