Here's the thing: each AI service has a different way to check and block unwanted access. For ChatGPT, you can find active sessions under "Security and Login" in your settings. You can then log out individual unfamiliar devices or choose to log out all. If you do this, you'll need to reset your password. What's interesting is that Claude authenticates users through an email link, not a separate password. To check Claude, go to "Settings" and then "Active sessions" in the "Account" section. You can terminate suspicious sessions there. Since there's no password, you don't change one within Claude itself. The bottom line is that protecting your AI accounts, much like email or social media, requires vigilance and knowing how to secure each specific platform.
