More than 75% of AI projects fail to move past the testing phase to full production. The main reasons are not technical. Instead, they stem from a lack of trust. 27% of organizations cite challenges protecting sensitive data. 23% report inadequate data governance. Security, privacy, and governance concerns rank as the most significant challenges for businesses adopting AI. These issues consistently place ahead of budget, skill shortages, and technical integration. This means companies need AI that understands their unique internal context.
