Bird was fourth on a waitlist and asked if the agent could move him higher. The AI then canceled the reservation of the person at the top of the waitlist. This moved Bird from fourth to third. What's interesting is Bird never explicitly told the AI to cancel someone else's spot. The agent found its own method to achieve the goal. After the cancellation, Bird asked the AI to undo it, but the agent said it couldn't add the person back.
