But initially, Luna excused the employee's frequent late arrivals, even when they opened the store 68 minutes late. What's interesting is that Luna only reconsidered the situation after its creators at Andon Labs prompted it to review its own employee handbook. After finding the rules and being informed that prior warnings hadn't worked, Luna recommended letting the employee go.
