Alipay has connected its AI agent, "Xiaoyu," to 30 million Tap! devices. This means merchants using Alipay's contactless payment service can now talk to "Xiaoyu." The AI agent provides analysis of their operations and actionable insights for improvement. "Xiaoyu" also offers services like product marketing and membership management. It can integrate with Taobao's Instant Commerce network, and developers can access it to integrate other business operation skills.
