Ambient.ai Boosts Security with Agentic AI & Case Mgmt

Ambient.ai has introduced new capabilities to its platform, adding agentic intelligence for security teams. These updates aim to improve how teams monitor, investigate, and operate. The new features include an AI agent and a new case management workflow. There are also infrastructure upgrades that double camera density on existing hardware. One key addition is Agentic Video Walls. This brings an AI agent to every connected camera on a site. This agent monitors around the clock and surfaces the most relevant event every 60 seconds, along with an AI-generated description. Case Management is another new feature. It turns manual work into a continuous flow, allowing operators to record clips and generate AI-written narratives. Semantic Search has also been enhanced, letting operators describe what they're looking for in plain language and sharpening search results. Finally, the platform now supports up to double the camera streams on a single Ambient Edge Appliance. This means existing customers get more streams, and new sites need fewer appliances. These advancements could mean more efficient and smarter security operations for businesses.
