Arm & Red Hat: Agentic AI Stack Expansion for Data Centers

Arm Holdings and Red Hat are expanding their collaboration to deliver a production-ready software and hardware stack for continuous, always-on agentic AI systems. This joint solution optimizes Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenShift for the Arm AGI CPU. The infrastructure centers on the Arm AGI CPU, which features 136 Neoverse V3 cores, PCIe Gen6, and DDR5 memory. This platform can double or even quintuple data center compute density compared to traditional x86 processors, depending on cooling. Hardware partners include Supermicro, Lenovo, and ASRock Rack. Integrated solutions are expected in Q4 2026. This development aims to reduce total cost of ownership and simplify hybrid deployment patterns for specific AI workloads. For practitioners, validated stacks can lower integration risk for production deployments.
