BC Card's Agentic AI Platform: Global Debut at Red Hat Summit

BC Card has announced an example of an "Agentic Artificial Intelligence operating platform" at the Red Hat Summit 2026. This platform was unveiled for the first time on a global stage. It's the first time a domestic financial company has been invited to this event as a presenter. Agentic AI acts on its own, beyond simple answers. This new platform uses multiple small language models, or SLMs, to process tasks. This is different from relying on one large language model, or LLM. Using SLMs improves processing speed by up to three times and reduces GPU resources by up to 70%. BC Card also introduced services like "Eat.pl" for restaurant recommendations and "BCGPT" for financial-specific AI support. They have also made about 38 LLMs available as open source for developers worldwide. This initiative has seen an average of 100,000 downloads per month. This move shows BC Card as a leader in global technology standards.
