Butterfli's Mari AI: Simplifying Accessible Transportation

Butterfli has launched "Mari," an AI agent designed to simplify transportation for people with disabilities and mobility challenges. Mari will provide information about Butterfli’s services, program eligibility, service areas, and Access for All codes. The first phase of Mari launched as an AI chat agent on Butterfli's website. It helps visitors understand if they qualify for specific transportation programs and offers assistance in 12 languages, including Spanish, Italian, and French. Here's the thing: Mari is being developed to go beyond answering questions. Phase two, targeted for late August, will allow users to book rides directly through Mari on the Butterfli website. This aims to make accessing transportation easier at every step.
