The model can generate 30-second, 4K videos from a single prompt. ByteDance has consistently produced impressive AI video models, competing with others in the field. The new model is expected to be released in China next month. An official landing page for Seedance 2.5 is already live on the Dreamina website, and CapCut recently announced its impending release. However, the rollout of Seedance 2.0 in the US faced delays due to concerns over copyrighted works used for training. If Seedance 2.5 is significantly better, it might face similar challenges regarding legal and copyright issues.
