CelcomDigi Launches Sophia AI for Malaysian SMEs

For example, in retail and distribution, Sophia AI can manage the invoice-to-payment process. This includes validating invoices, flagging issues, triggering approvals, and automatically updating systems. This can reduce errors and improve visibility in financial and supply chain operations. Sophia AI can also be applied in manufacturing, healthcare, and the public sector to automate various workflows. Its architecture is customizable, allowing SMEs to start with processes relevant to their operations and budget. CelcomDigi will support businesses through the entire adoption process.
