OpenAI integrated with Plaid to allow this connection, and plans to add Intuit support soon. Once accounts are linked, ChatGPT will categorize your data and provide a dashboard. This dashboard shows your portfolio, spending, subscriptions, and upcoming payments. You can also tell ChatGPT your financial goals, like paying off a loan or saving for a car. The AI will then offer advice on things like increasing savings or building an emergency fund. OpenAI states over 200 million people use ChatGPT monthly for financial guidance. This development could change how many people manage their personal finances.
