For example, it can book appointments, check insurance details, or arrange utility services. The feature is rolling out on both web and mobile apps for Plus, Pro, and Business users. The AI can also assist with vehicle tasks, like checking car registration due dates, and help with rental issues by comparing insurance policies. For online shopping, you can ask it to find apartments based on requirements or restock items from a photo. It can also manage returns, cancel tickets, schedule vet appointments, and prepare reimbursement documents. For work, ChatGPT Work can find job candidates, submit invoices, fill out permit forms, and review advertising campaign results. This new capability aims to automate many routine online activities.
