ChatGPT in PowerPoint: AI Creates & Edits Presentations

ChatGPT is now integrated directly into PowerPoint, offering new ways to create and edit presentations. This new feature, currently in beta, is available to all ChatGPT users across various tiers. Users can build entire decks from scratch by simply describing their needs or feeding in notes, documents, spreadsheets, or images. ChatGPT will then generate an initial structure. It can also add or edit individual slides within an existing presentation. What's more, the AI can interrogate your deck, flagging story gaps, identifying logical breakdowns, and anticipating audience questions. A key difference from other tools is its ability to pull in live data from Gmail, Outlook, and SharePoint, streamlining business workflows. This beta is available globally and can be installed from the Microsoft marketplace or directly within PowerPoint. This integration aims to simplify the often time-consuming process of presentation building.
