ChatGPT Scheduled Page: Manage Automated Tasks Easily

OpenAI is introducing a new dedicated page for ChatGPT's scheduled tasks. This means users now have one central place to view, manage, and monitor their automated work. You can access this new Scheduled page from the sidebar. It displays all active tasks along with their next run times. What's interesting is that from this page, users can pause, edit, resume, or delete any queued task without searching through past conversations. OpenAI has also expanded timing options, letting users schedule tasks within broader windows like morning, afternoon, or evening. The company also states that all tasks now run faster and more reliably. Monitoring tasks have also been upgraded. ChatGPT can now proactively search the web or check connected apps and send notifications only when there's new information. However, tasks cannot run more than once per hour, and unattended tasks may pause after inactivity. This update also replaces Pulse, OpenAI's daily summary feature. Pro users will have access to Pulse for 14 days from Wednesday, after which they can replicate the experience by scheduling a daily briefing through the new tasks hub. This update makes managing automated tasks within ChatGPT much more efficient for many users.
