ChatGPT Search Upgrade: Find Old Chats, Files & Images

OpenAI has launched a major search upgrade for ChatGPT. You can now find old chats, projects, documents, and images all from one place. Before this, the sidebar search only pulled up past conversations. Now, the new option is available across web, iOS, and Android, on every ChatGPT plan, including free accounts. You can search directly from the ChatGPT sidebar, and it covers everything in your account. Filters let you search by specific content type, like images or files. Selecting a result opens it directly in ChatGPT. This update makes it much easier to find everything saved in your account. This is useful if you use ChatGPT for ongoing projects, research, or document analysis.
