UK consumers can now access their personalized credit scores directly through ChatGPT. This is a first for the UK, as Experian has expanded its services. Users can link their authenticated credit score accounts to the AI platform. This allows them to see a live credit score, track its history, and understand the factors affecting their credit profile. Experian states that personal financial information will not be exposed to or used by the AI model when generating responses.
