Chinasoft & Moonshot AI Partner for Enterprise Agentic AI

Chinasoft International has partnered with Beijing Moonshot AI Technology to deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions. The agreement focuses on a token-based revenue-sharing model. The collaboration will combine Chinasoft's industry experience with Moonshot AI's large-model algorithms. They will use Chinasoft's Allmeta platform and Moonshot's K2.7 Code and K3 models. They plan to establish an innovation laboratory to build AI agents, initially for the energy and power sectors, and also support financial services. This includes co-developing Intelligent Power AOS and industry-specific agents. What's interesting is their business model. It will use a token-based revenue-sharing mechanism tied to Moonshot AI’s Kimi large model and other income. This aims to create a sustainable "model plus enterprise services" approach in China. The bottom line is this deal strengthens Chinasoft's role in enterprise Agentic AI and supports China's push for technological self-reliance.
