CISA Uses Anthropic's Mythos AI to Find Gov Code Flaws

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, or CISA, is now using Anthropic's Mythos AI to find vulnerabilities in government code. CISA gained full access to this advanced code-auditing model. What's interesting is that Mythos reportedly found flaws in classified systems in hours, a task that traditionally takes weeks. CISA was initially excluded from accessing the model in April but secured full access by mid-June under Anthropic's Project Glasswing initiative. This project expanded in early June to include about 150 additional partner organizations across more than 15 countries. The bottom line is this AI deployment could significantly speed up the process of securing critical government computer systems.
