Cisco AI: MyAgent Deployed to 90,000 Employees

Cisco is deploying a custom AI agent called MyAgent to its entire 90,000-person workforce. This agent is built on Cisco’s secure, multi-model agnostic AI platform, Circuit. MyAgent allows employees to access approved large language models, agents, and enterprise data. It performs supervised autonomous workflows across applications like Outlook, Webex, and Jira. Employees can delegate work by defining an objective, and the system coordinates the necessary steps. MyAgent also remembers user preferences, past interactions, and context over time, creating a personalized experience. It can be accessed securely from anywhere and stays connected to applications and data. A report found that new forms of AI are broadly used in financial services, healthcare, and media firms for data, technology, payments, and finance processes. However, deployment is limited in growth, revenue, and customer experience functions. The report also notes that 86% to 95% of firms find new AI very or extremely effective where they use it. This shows how AI is moving from experimentation to enterprise-wide execution.
