Claude Desktop App: New Projects Sidebar & UI Update

Users will be able to open, pin, and sort projects right from this new navigation panel. What's interesting is the Chat/Cowork mode switcher is also moving to the top of the window. This new placement is similar to a recent change in OpenAI's ChatGPT. These changes aim to streamline navigation, especially for users handling long-running workflows and coding tasks.
