Claude Wins: LLMs as Project Management Apps

Large language models can be transformed into project management apps. One experiment turned ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini into such systems. ChatGPT worked by using its Memory feature to store and retrieve tasks, even sending daily summaries. However, tasks remained within a chat interface, limiting visualization. Claude, with its Cowork feature, offered a significant upgrade. It gained direct access to a computer's file system, allowing tasks to be saved to a physical file. Claude also introduced a "Productivity" plugin, which creates a tasks file and an HTML dashboard template. This template displays tasks on a Kanban board, greatly improving task visualization and management. This makes managing projects much more intuitive and visual.
