CrowdStrike: AI Security Infrastructure & Soaring Growth

CrowdStrike's CEO, George Kurtz, says the company is becoming "cybersecurity's infrastructure layer" for the AI era. He notes surging demand for AI security and massive deal growth from its Falcon Flex subscription model. The company's financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2027 surpassed expectations. Growth in annual recurring revenue for Falcon AIDR nearly tripled compared to the prior quarter. This shows customers are adopting their AI visibility and security approach. CrowdStrike is also seeing significant growth from its Falcon Flex subscription. Ending annual recurring revenue from Falcon Flex customers surpassed $2.29 billion, a 101 percent increase year over year. During the quarter, all of the company's 10 largest deals involved Flex, and they added over 935 new Flex customers. The bottom line is that CrowdStrike believes its platform is essential for AI adoption and security in the current landscape.
