Emeria is deploying agentic AI across its platform to transform the property management sector. This move is part of Emeria's goal to become a leading AI-first residential real estate operating platform. Emeria manages three million dwellings across seven countries and 700 agencies. The new AI program aims to deliver faster response times to clients, drive cost savings, and enhance operating efficiency. It is expected to result in an initial EBITDA margin uplift of approximately 130 basis points. This deployment builds on Emeria's previous work, including rolling out its proprietary Millenium software and harmonizing data processes.
