FactSet is integrating TIFIN's AI platform to enhance AI-powered workflows for wealth managers. This partnership aims to provide users with new capabilities through FactSet's Workstation system. Users will gain access to tools like a meeting prep agent, which creates client-ready summaries, and a book intelligence agent. There will also be portfolio insights and a personalized chat feature. This chat feature translates FactSet’s specific answers and auditable workflows to help simplify processes and reduce risks linked to large language models. FactSet has also made an investment in TIFIN.AI, though the amount is not disclosed. TIFIN.AI was launched in 2023 and has previously partnered with firms like JP Morgan and Cetera Financial. Earlier this year, SEI invested $10 million in the platform. The bottom line is this collaboration seeks to deliver more personalized client experiences at scale, while maintaining transparency and governance within the industry.
