Fiserv & Stuut: AI Automates $2B+ B2B Invoices

Fiserv is integrating Stuut's agentic AI technology into its Commerce Hub and SnapPay platforms. This move aims to enhance automation in enterprise order-to-cash processes. The AI has already helped process over $2 billion in B2B invoices. This collaboration seeks to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing enterprise receivables. Fiserv's Commerce Hub will become the payment processing foundation for Stuut's platform. Separately, Fiserv's SnapPay will embed Stuut's AI agent directly into AR and B2B payment workflows. The combined system is designed to reduce manual steps across the entire receivables cycle, from invoicing to dispute resolution. Stuut's agent learns customer payment behavior and works within existing ERP systems, supporting platforms like SAP and Oracle. The company states deployments can be completed in days. This integration offers finance teams a path to automate collections and cash application without overhauling their current systems.
