Geoprise GM-X Auto: First Full ERP-AI OpenAPI Bridge

Geoprise Technologies has released GM-X Auto, the first ERP application to expose all of its functions, screens, and reports to Model Context Protocol servers. This means 3,871 functions are available through 456 published APIs compatible with the OpenAPI Specification. Previously, no commercial ERP applications fully exposed their features this way. Geoprise Founder Nelson Nones highlights that GM-X Auto addresses mission-critical finance requirements like general ledger and receivables, unlike some other API-first systems. The new OpenAPI Bridge is compared to a high-speed input-output bridge that connected IBM mainframes to Cray supercomputers in the past. This development allows advanced large language models to interact with the GM-X Auto ERP system. The goal is to automate repetitive ERP data entry and reporting tasks using AI agents. This innovation could significantly change how businesses integrate AI with their existing enterprise systems.
