Giant Swarm has been using this internally since mid-2025. They saw a 2.8 times reduction in cost per agent run and a 17 times cut in tool calls. They also supported about 500 parallel agents and increased monthly pull requests by over 300% year-over-year without adding staff. This matters because it offers a new way for businesses to deploy AI securely and efficiently.
