These sessions will then appear under an "AI Assistant" channel in your reports. The campaign dimension will also receive a special label for this traffic. This all happens without any action needed from you. What's interesting is this replaces a previous manual method. Before, you had to build custom channel groups to track AI traffic. This new update bypasses those manual steps and limitations. The "ai-assistant" value is now a recognized medium, just like "organic" or "cpc."
