Google Gemini 3.5 Flash: Most Powerful AI Model Yet

Google has unveiled Gemini 3.5 Flash, which it calls its most powerful AI model for programming and agent creation. This new model delivers frontier-level performance at four times the speed of comparable models, often at less than half the cost. Gemini 3.5 Flash can independently code, manage research projects, and even create an operating system from scratch. It is the first in the new Gemini 3.5 lineup, designed for complex multi-step tasks and long workflows. Google states it generates four times more tokens per second than other advanced models. The company sees this as a shift from conversational AI to agentic AI, where the system executes commands sequentially. For certain actions, like sending emails or financial transactions, the agent will request additional permission. It's being integrated into the Gemini app and other Google products. Google also introduced Gemini Spark, a personal AI assistant for daily tasks, and Antigravity 2.0, a platform for coordinating multiple digital assistants. A new Google AI Ultra plan is available for $100 per month. This release could significantly change how users interact with AI for complex projects and daily tasks.
