Now, Labs AI makes those results clearer and easier to engage with. What's interesting is that this AI identifies patterns and explains why your biomarkers matter. It’s custom-built, combining advanced language models with Hims & Hers' clinical knowledge, but it doesn't diagnose. Dr. Patrick Carroll, their Chief Medical Officer, says it educates customers and helps providers match messaging.
