iFlytek's 40g AI Glasses: GlassClaw & Advanced Noise Recognition

iFlytek has unveiled new AI smart glasses, weighing just 40 grams, at BEYOND Expo 2026 in Macau. The company aims to address why smart glasses truly matter, noting past struggles for mainstream adoption. These new glasses focus on translation, interaction, office productivity, and comfort. They support real-time translation for 122 languages, accents, and dialects, including face-to-face, phone-call, online meeting, and AR visual translation. They can also translate text from menus and road signs. What's interesting is the self-developed lip-motion recognition and multimodal noise reduction system. This system uses a 5+1 microphone array, cameras, and bone-conduction technology to identify a target speaker based on the user's line of sight and lip movements, creating a "hear who you look at" experience. This is designed for noisy public environments. The glasses also feature an AI agent called GlassClaw, which handles meeting transcription, information organization, email sending, and complex workflow execution. Users can issue voice commands to generate proposals and organize travel plans without a smartphone. An intelligent teleprompter adjusts to speaking pace for presentations. This technology could significantly enhance communication and productivity in various settings.
