Infineon & NVIDIA: Quantum-Safe AI Security for Robotics

Infineon Technologies is integrating its OPTIGA Trusted Platform Module with NVIDIA's Jetson Thor platform. This creates a certified, quantum-resilient root of trust for Physical AI systems. The hardware solution secures cryptographic keys and verifies system integrity at the chip level. This strengthens the security foundation for robots and autonomous systems. These systems need to operate securely throughout their entire lifecycle, especially as they move into factories and public spaces. The OPTIGA TPM is the industry's first TPM protected by a post-quantum secured firmware update mechanism. It provides physically isolated, certified security separate from the application processor. This allows operators to cryptographically verify that a system's software is genuine and unmodified.
