Intel & Mimik: Agentic AI on PCs, Device-First Infrastructure

Mimik Technology Inc. and Intel Corporation are collaborating to optimize Mimik's Agentix Operating Engine, called mimOE, for AI PCs powered by Intel processors. This means Intel-based AI PCs can now act as Device-First infrastructure nodes for Agentix-Native workloads. What's interesting is that these PCs will offer public cloud-like governance, resilience, security, and privacy directly on existing client hardware. Workloads will run seamlessly on devices, across devices, and through gateways and data centers, without being tied to the cloud. The mimOE and its toolsets give enterprises a governed way to scale Agentic AI on Intel-powered AI PCs and cloud environments. Every agent gets a verifiable identity separate from the user. Authorization is context-aware and enforced at the moment of action. The bottom line is this collaboration allows enterprises to test, execute, operate, and scale Agentix-Native solutions on Intel AI PC platforms, accelerating rollout and time to market.
