Intezer Custom Agents: Automate SOC with AI

Intezer has launched Custom Agents, allowing security teams to build their own AI agents directly within the Intezer platform. This new capability lets customers automate unique investigation work, report generation, and other routine security operations. Intezer's core platform already uses autonomous agents to handle 100 percent of alerts, escalating fewer than 2 percent for human review. Now, Custom Agents build on this by automating specific tasks that teams perform repeatedly. For example, agents can write custom incident reports or provide recommendations for tuning rules. Security teams can create these agents using natural language, describing the task they want done and choosing when it runs. These agents can integrate with existing security tools like CrowdStrike, Splunk, and Microsoft Sentinel. The bottom line is that this allows security teams to automate more of their daily tasks, freeing up human resources for more complex issues.
