Israel Warns of Renewed Strikes Against Iran Amid US Supplies

Israel's Defence Minister, Israel Katz, warns that military strikes against Iran could resume soon. He highlights that Israel believes its campaign in Iran is not yet finished, despite setbacks for the Islamic Republic. This warning follows a significant delivery of military supplies from the U.S. Two cargo ships have arrived at the ports of Ashdod and Haifa, carrying about 6,500 tonnes of military equipment, including munitions and combat vehicles. Since February, Israel has received over 115,600 tonnes of military supplies through numerous flights and maritime shipments. Former Israeli National Security Advisor, Maj. Gen. (ret.) Yaakov Amidror, notes that the U.S. and Israel are preparing for two scenarios: a prolonged blockade of Iran or renewed military action. He emphasizes that preparations are underway, and decisions could come quickly. Katz's warning coincides with ongoing discussions about military options, even as the U.S. continues to extend the ceasefire with Iran.
