ITC Infotech & Google Cloud Partner for Agentic AI Transformation

ITC Infotech has partnered with Google Cloud to accelerate AI innovation and agentic transformation for businesses. ITC Infotech will be the first to use Google's Gemini Enterprise platform across its own operations. This partnership aims to validate and scale autonomous AI capabilities internally at ITC Infotech. CEO Manas Chakraborty states this deployment anchors their agentic-first strategy, driving AI-led progress. The rollout will cover accelerated software engineering, autonomous workflows, and corporate function automation in areas like HR and finance. Beyond internal changes, they will create Joint Centers of Excellence. These centers will develop industry-specific AI blueprints for sectors such as retail, hospitality, and manufacturing. Sashi Sreedharan of Google Cloud India notes this collaboration will help organizations worldwide scale their AI initiatives. This means more businesses could soon benefit from advanced AI.
