ITC Infotech & InsureMO: Agentic AI for Insurance Modernization

ITC Infotech and InsureMO have partnered to use agentic AI to modernize the insurance industry. This collaboration will initially focus on the Middle East, Africa, and India, with plans for a wider rollout later. Here's how it works: ITC Infotech's K-Fabric framework, which coordinates AI agents, will link with InsureMO's extensive set of over 2,500 APIs. These APIs cover various insurance functions like policy administration, underwriting, and claims. The two companies will jointly develop new AI-based insurance tools, starting with underwriting, product configuration, and claims workflow automation. The goal is to help insurers update their operations and introduce products faster, without the high cost and disruption of replacing old systems.
