Kasper AI: Kaspi.kz Launches Personal Assistant for Kazakhs

Mikhail Lomtadze, CEO and co-founder of Kaspi.kz, has introduced Kasper, a new AI assistant in the Kaspi Shop. This personal AI assistant helps customers make confident choices by understanding their needs and clarifying details. What's interesting is Kasper can compare options and explain complex terms in simple language. For instance, you can ask it to help choose a vacuum cleaner for an apartment with carpets, tile floors, and a cat, or a smartphone with a great camera and a large screen. Kasper will then select suitable products, compare them, and explain the differences. Kasper communicates in both Kazakh and Russian, and users can ask questions via voice or text. It launched in Almaty in July and will gradually roll out across the country. The bottom line is this new AI aims to make shopping easier and more personalized for every Kazakhstani.
