Kredily 3.0: KAI Agentic AI Transforms Payroll & HR

Kredily 3.0 has launched KAI, an agentic AI for payroll and HR, and expanded into AI-powered managed payroll services. This new system introduces KAI, an AI designed to execute payroll and HR workflows from simple instructions. What's interesting is that KAI can perform actions, validate outcomes, and flag exceptions for human approval. It has 110 skills across various HR functions, allowing users to ask it to manage attendance, process leave requests, generate reports, or run monthly payroll. Kredily positions KAI as India's first agentic AI payroll agent built directly into an HRMS. The company's CEO states that Kredily 3.0 changes the traditional HR software model by allowing users to instruct the system to execute tasks within defined permissions. KAI draws on over a decade of Kredily's experience with Indian payroll for 25,000 businesses, handling specific Indian payroll realities. The bottom line is this aims to give businesses more time for decision-making and less time operating software.
