LALAL.AI Lynx: AI Voice Isolation & Noise Removal Launched

LALAL.AI has launched Lynx, its first AI model built exclusively for voice isolation and noise removal. This new model is designed to separate speech from all other sounds, including background music, crowd noise, and environmental interference. What's interesting is that Lynx can clean up voices recorded outside a studio, making them ready for editing, transcription, or localization. This eliminates the need for manual cleanup steps that often slow down production. The LALAL.AI research team developed Lynx over a year, training it on hundreds of hours of carefully filtered audio. The model is six times smaller than LALAL.AI's flagship cloud music stem separation model, reducing computational load without compromising quality. Lynx is now available through LALAL.AI's Voice Cleaner and Voice & Noise stem, accessible via browser, mobile app, desktop app, and the LALAL.AI API. The demand for dedicated voice cleaning is clear, with the Voice & Noise stem processing over 11.5 million audio splits in 2025.
