LG CNS: AI Tool Automates SAP ERP Testing

LG CNS has launched PerfectWin ERP Edition, a new software testing product for global enterprise resource planning systems. This product automates the testing of SAP ERP systems, which manage various functions for large organizations. Here's the thing: companies moving to SAP's cloud-based S/4HANA or launching new ERP systems need to verify correct functionality. This often means manual test case design, taking days. PerfectWin ERP Edition uses agentic AI to handle this. It analyzes workflows and operational data to automatically generate test scenarios. The system then runs tests, finds anomalies, diagnoses issues, suggests fixes, and creates documentation, all without manual help. LG CNS plans to evolve this into a fully autonomous testing system by year-end, using multiple specialized AI agents. Commercially, LG CNS showcased the product at SAP Sapphire 2026 in Orlando and Japan IT Week in April. They have also partnered with Hitachi Solutions Create for distribution in Japan. This innovation could significantly streamline ERP system implementation for businesses worldwide.
