They will use Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Foundry tools for various AI tasks. Manulife will also utilize Microsoft Agent 365 to oversee its AI agents. This strategy comes as Canadian regulators formalize AI expectations, including new guidelines that take effect in May 2027.
