Meta Muse Code: AI Coding Agent for macOS & Linux

Meta has launched Muse Code, a new AI coding agent available in beta for macOS and Linux. This terminal-based tool enters the AI coding race, powered by Meta's new Muse Spark 1.2 model. Muse Code is designed for complex software engineering tasks across large code repositories. It can plan changes, write code, validate its work, and coordinate persistent background agents. A local event log records model calls and edits, allowing work to resume after a crash. The Muse Spark 1.2 model offers gains in code generation, debugging, and understanding large codebases.
