MetroList Launches AI Assistant Nora for Real Estate

MetroList, northern California's largest multiple listing service, has launched a new AI assistant called nora. This assistant, developed with Lundy, Inc., helps real estate professionals manage daily tasks across various business platforms. What's interesting is that agents can use natural language to manage emails, calendars, search property data, and get answers to MLS compliance questions. Nora also learns user preferences and workflows over time, providing more personalized support. MetroList President and CEO Dave Howe says nora helps subscribers save time and reduce administrative work. Lundy, Inc. CEO Justin Lundy adds that nora is designed to assist with the everyday tasks agents need to succeed. The platform uses a wallet-based payment system. MetroList is giving subscribers an initial balance to try nora before purchasing additional services. This matters because it could change how real estate agents in 15 northern California counties handle their daily operations.
