This assistant helps with product questions, compatibility checks, and deal guidance as customers browse. Newegg has also developed a third-party AI shopping presence. The Newegg app for ChatGPT, found in the ChatGPT Apps directory, integrates the retailer's catalog, live pricing, and deals directly into OpenAI chatbot conversations. This means customers have more ways to use AI for their shopping needs.
