Nozomi Networks Joins Anthropic's Project Glasswing: AI Secures OT

Industrial cybersecurity vendor Nozomi Networks has joined Anthropic’s Project Glasswing. This initiative aims to find vulnerabilities before attackers can exploit them. Nozomi Networks will focus on securing operational technology, industrial systems, and cyber-physical environments. This comes as the rapid pace of AI development makes fixing vulnerabilities more challenging. What's interesting is that Project Glasswing previously saw early participants identify over 10,000 high- and critical-severity vulnerabilities. This was achieved using the Claude Mythos Preview large language model. Nozomi Networks states its role will involve applying advanced AI models to OT and IoT vulnerability discovery. They will also share insights with Anthropic and the wider cybersecurity community. They believe AI models like Mythos can help defenders find risks faster and at a greater scale.
