NTT DATA & Palo Alto Networks: AI Cybersecurity Alliance

NTT DATA and Palo Alto Networks have formed a multi-year strategic alliance to help organizations securely adopt AI and modernize cybersecurity. This partnership is the first of its kind between Palo Alto Networks and a global systems integrator. The goal is to achieve one billion US dollars in joint business by 2029. This alliance combines Palo Alto Networks' AI-driven cybersecurity solutions with NTT DATA's consulting, engineering, and managed services. They plan joint engineering, co-innovation, and coordinated global delivery to help clients evaluate cyber risks and implement AI securely. The partnership builds on an existing collaboration, integrating Palo Alto Networks’ Unit 42 threat intelligence with NTT DATA’s cybersecurity knowledge and AI governance. Over 2,000 certified experts, including specialized Forward Deployed Engineers, will support this effort. NTT DATA will also get early access to new platform features. Initial offerings will address cybersecurity challenges in regulated sectors like financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing. These focus on six transformation areas, including Autonomous Security Operations Centers, AI Governance, and Identity Security. This collaboration aims to provide a cohesive approach to cybersecurity strategy and execution.
