Nucleus Helix AI Engine: Exposure Management Enhanced

Nucleus Security Inc. has launched Nucleus Helix, an artificial intelligence engine now central to its exposure management platform. This new engine introduces three capabilities, with an expanded vulnerability intelligence service available now. Two more, Nucleus Discover and the Nucleus Helix AI Agent, will arrive in September. Nucleus Helix uses existing asset, vulnerability, and ownership data to build exposure management programs, detect unseen exposures, and track the changing threat landscape. Nucleus Discover helps identify vulnerabilities before scanners can recognize them, including in technologies scanners don't cover or newly disclosed flaws. The Helix AI Agent offers a natural-language interface, allowing users to query findings or initiate workflows by typing requests. The company's intelligence service now includes a data-collection agent for in-the-wild attacks, covering new datasets like Patch Tuesday and the CISA's Stakeholder-Specific Vulnerability Categorization. These additions aim to reduce investigation effort and improve remediation guidance. This matters because these new tools could significantly enhance how organizations manage and respond to cybersecurity threats.
